Refund, Shipping, and Turn-around-Time Information
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Returns and Exchanges are not available for Tumblers or Clothing. Refunds are available for damaged items after they have been returned to Laces and Stitches. The Return policy is only valid for 30 days after the delivery date. Refunds/Exchanges will not be granted for customers ordering the wrong size of Clothing. Measurement charts are available to compare sizing prior to purchase.
Customized items are not available for refunds, returns, or exchanges after final Customer Approval. Refund or exchange will only be made if the error is made by Laces and Stitches.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags on clothing/cloth accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. You will be asked to provide pictures of the damaged item, if you cannot provide pictures of the item, your item will not be approved for return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and refunds will be denied.

Items will be dropped at the post office on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Holidays and Sundays will increase shipping times, as well as carrier delays. Once your item has been dropped at the Post Office or UPS office and you receive a tracking number it is out of my control. If there is an issue with shipping, we can discuss remedies via chat or email. If there is a temperature or weather-related delay on your product, you will receive updates via email.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if there is an issue: the item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, so that I can determine what happened and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

- Tumblers: Custom Tumblers will have different turnaround times and will be discussed with the client prior to purchase. Custom tumblers are subject to delays due to the nature of the craft. The average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for epoxy tumblers. Cooler weather will have a longer turnaround time.
- Wood Products: Staining or painting is dependent upon the weather; temperatures outside below 70* will have longer curing times, and processing your order could take extra days.
